Tips Chewzie offers the ability to prompt customers to tip staff when they are checking out their order.
Chewzie offers the ability to prompt customers to tip staff when they are checking out their order.
This can be configured by accessing Web Ordering > Stores and then selecting the "Detailed View" up the top of the store's webpage.
Scroll down and under the Ordering section you will be able to turn on Tips. Here you can choose to require customers to tip when they checkout, as well as adjust the tip options (e.g. 5%, 10%, 15%, etc.).
In order to see how much your venue has been tipped over a given period, you will need to run a Sales by Payment Type Report: Reporting > Sales Report > Sales By Payment Type.
This report will display your sales figures as well as any tips.
