Chewzie offers the ability to prompt customers to tip staff when they are checking out their order.
Follow these steps to enable and configure this feature:
Step 1. Go to 'Chewzie Ordering' then select 'Stores'.
Step 2. After clicking your store, go to 'Detailed View'.
Step 3. Scroll to 'Ordering', then in the 'Tips' section, click the box that says 'Enable Tips'.
Here you can choose to require customers to tip when they checkout, as well as adjust the tip options (e.g. 5%, 10%, 15%, etc.).
Step 3. Click 'Save Store' to save the setting.
To see how much your venue has been tipped over a given period, you will need to run a Sales by Payment Type Report. Click here to learn how.
This report will display your sales figures as well as any tips.
