Managing Store Hours

The Opening Hours are directly attached to your web store and can be configured in the back office based on your trading hours.

Here's how you can access this setting and configure the hours.

Step 1. Go to 'Chewzie Ordering'. Under 'Web App', click on 'Stores', then click on the store that you will configure.

Step 2. Scroll to the 'Standard Opening Hours' section to view the store hours.

2a. To set your store as 'closed' on a particular day, check the tick box under the 'Closed' column

2b. To set a schedule for a day, click on the cell under 'Start' and 'Finish' columns, use the time dial to set the time, then click the check icon to save .

TIP. If your store only trades during breakfast and dinner, you can use the 'Add New' button to add a new row for a day, then set the time again following Step 2b.

Step 3. Once the store hours is set, click on 'Save Store' to complete.

Non-Standard Hours Overrides
