Product Size Groups - Size integrated products using Size Group Relations.

Creating product size groups for existing products, such as from an integration, where an individual product line already exists for each size option.

Step 1 - Import your existing products

In your menu, import your existing products from your POS database using the “Add Existing” option.



Step 2 - Hide secondary size options

Decide on a default size you wish to display on the menu, and Hide the other product lines by ticking “Hidden”.

Save your Menu.


Step 3 - Create a Size Group

Size groups are located in Catalogue > Size Groups

Click 'Add Size Group'

Then give the size group a name, and add the different size options.

Click 'Add Size Group' once all sizes are added.


Step 4 - Create a Size Group Relation


Size group relations are located in Catalogue > Size Group Relations

Click Add Size Group Relation

Enter the details required for the product you are creating
Relation Name: The internal name the refers to that size group relation
Generic Item Name: The name customers will see on the menu
Size Group: The sizes you wish to apply to this product
Products: Add the products imported in Step 1
Size: Assign each product its size
Standard Product: Tick the product that was left unhidden in Step 2

Click Add Size Group Relation when complete.

Step 4 - Link to your menu

Return to your menu and link the Size Group to each product line.
Save your Menu.
