Follow the below steps to enable a confirmation email/sms to be sent to a customer after they order, or to let them know when their order is ready.
Step 1.
Login to your back office.
Step 2.
Using the left hand side menu, navigate to 'Web Ordering', then 'App Settings'
Step 3.
Click 'Detailed View', and then scroll down and click 'Customer Notifications'.
Here you will be able to choose what notifications you'd like your customers to receive.
Note: Guest users receive email or SMS only when valid contact information is available on the order.
