How to Suspend Orders

During busy period or when your venue cannot accommodate orders, you may opt to momentarily pause or suspend your Chewzie app from taking orders. You can follow the steps below:

Step 1. Go to 'Chewzie Web Ordering'. Under 'Web App', click on 'Store', then click on the store that you wish to suspend.

Step 2. Tick the box the says 'Suspend Orders', then click on 'Save Store'.

IMPORTANT

  • Suspending your store disables all Chewzie ordering - both food and drinks - and will remain suspended unless manually reverted.
  • If you're store will partially trade outside your regular store hours, it is suggested to create a 'non-standard hours' instead of suspending the store.
