Minimums can be set on items in order to restrict app users from ordering less than the required minimum qty of the product.
Sometimes it is not profitable for venue to prepare/sell single quantity of an item when ordered by itself. setting a minimum order quantity on an item restricts the app users from ordering less than minimum quantities of those items.
Minimum quantity for an item can be set from product line or from menu.
To set minimum quantity from the product line, navigate to Catalogue-> Product Lines-> Select desired product to edit. Set value to the field "Minimum App Order Quantity" under 'Ordering and Preparation' section and save the product line.
To set minimum quantity from the menu, navigate to Web Ordering-> Menus -> Select your menu.
Select a product to set minimum order quantity and enter value either from menu item edit or from the grid column. Save menu
In ordering app, check the item with minimum qty configured is reflected in the app.
