The Chewzie app can be configured to enable or disable guest ordering.
Customers can place and complete orders in the app as guests or can signup as members. 'Guests' are customers who opted not to enter their information in the app. Disabling 'Guest Ordering' limits Chewzie ordering to customers who signed up as members.
To enable guest ordering:
Step 1. Navigate to 'Chewzie Ordering', then select 'Web App'.
Step 2. Go to 'Detailed View', enable 'Advance Settings', then open 'Customers and Loyalty'.
Step 3. On the 'Customers and Loyalty' page, check the 'Enable Guest Ordering' tick box, then click 'Save App'.
To disable guest ordering:
Step 1. Follow steps 1-2 above.
Step 2. Uncheck the ''Enable Guest Ordering' tickbox, then click 'Save App'.
