Privilege group/ Access roles in Chewzie for backoffice

Chewzie allows the ability to provide limited access to the staff based on their assigned privilege in the Chewzie Backoffice.

Chewzie currently supports Admin, Item Availability, Sales View, Sales Update, Beacon Update and KDS View privileges. Only an employee with the 'Admin' privilege can create employees and assign privileges.

Admin: This privilege provides employees with complete access to Chewzie backoffice. 

Item Availability: This privilege allows employees to set product count in backoffice.

Sales View: This privilege allows employees to only view the sales.

Sales Update: This privilege allows employees to void or refund sales.

Beacon Update: This privilege allows employees to register a beacon or edit a registered beacon (to change table number/store).

KDS View: This privilege allows employees to launch KDS, view the docket queue and set preparation time delay notice.

Basic menu update: This privilege allows employees to update certain fields like price, description, docket selectors, images, assigning extra groups, display name and 'hidden' flag for any item in the menu which is  configured with 'Allow basic update' flag. 

To set privileges for employees.

1. Login to Chewzie with an employee with 'Admin' privilege

Navigate to Settings-> Employees -> 

2. Create an employee and provide the necessary details. Select the desired privilege.

3. Click on add employee.
