Chewzie allows the ability to provide limited access to the staff based on their assigned privilege in the Chewzie back office.
Chewzie currently supports the following privileges and gives users full or limited but specific access roles:
User Admin: This privilege provides users with complete access to Chewzie backoffice. This can be assigned along with other access roles if the user needs access to create/update users.
Venue Admin: This privilege provides users with complete access to Chewzie backoffice, except for creating new user accounts.
Group Admin: This privilege is normally assigned to users who manage multiple venues. It also gives them complete access to multiple Chewzie back offices but also allows the user to jump from one back office to another with ease.
Run Reports: Users will be allowed to run reports from the back office.
Update Beacons: This privilege allows users to register a beacon or edit a registered beacon (to change table number/store).
Launch KDS: This privilege allows users to launch KDS, view the docket queue and set preparation time delay notice.
Manage Item Availability: Allows users to set product count in the back office.
Update Basic Menu Details: This privilege allows users to update certain fields like price, description, docket selectors, images, assigning extra groups, display name and 'hidden' flag for any item in the menu which is configured with 'Allow basic update' flag.
View Sales and Operations: Gives users privilege to view only sales.
Manage Sales and Operations: This privilege allows users to void or refund sales.
